The 20th annual “Jefferson Salutes America” Celebration is Thursday July 4th 2013 starting at 5:30PM. Like many small towns across the country, Jefferson Texas celebrates the 4th of July in its own unique way. There will be a band on the Gazebo, a children’s bike parade through the park, ice cream, hotdogs, Uncle Sam and the ever popular cake walk auction. After an afternoon of fun activities the fireworks will begin at 9:30PM.
You know you’ll be tuckered out after the festival so be sure to book a room at the White Oak Manor bed and breakfast to get a good night’s sleep.
